1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Keyglot also uses similar browser storage, such as local storage, to remember security and interface state. This policy explains the categories we use on Keyglot websites and applications and the choices available to you.

2. Essential storage

Essential cookies and storage are required to provide requested features and cannot be disabled through the Keyglot preference panel. They support:

• secure sign-in, session continuity, and protection against unauthorized requests;
• organization, project, locale, and workspace context;
• security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and service reliability;
• cookie choices and privacy preferences;
• theme, navigation, and other interface preferences;
• checkout continuity and transaction security when you choose a paid plan.

Depending on the item, essential storage may last only for the browser session or remain for a limited period so the service can remember a security or interface choice. Signing out, clearing browser data, or expiration removes applicable records.

3. Analytics storage

With your permission, Keyglot may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website and product interaction, such as pages viewed, navigation paths, approximate device and browser attributes, and performance events. Analytics helps us identify usability problems and prioritize improvements.

Analytics is disabled unless it is enabled by Keyglot and you select Accept analytics or turn it on through Manage cookies. We do not enable advertising personalization through this preference. Analytics providers may process IP address and device information under their own contractual and privacy commitments, and may use cookies or identifiers with durations determined by the configured service and applicable consent mode.

4. Third-party services

Some requested actions involve third-party services. A payment processor may use essential checkout or fraud-prevention storage when you open a hosted payment flow. Authentication, content delivery, security, support, or embedded services may also set strictly necessary records for the action you request. Those services are governed by their own notices as applicable.

5. Managing your choices

Use Manage cookies in the website footer or cookie notice to accept or disable optional analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future optional Analytics loading on Keyglot in that browser; it does not retroactively delete aggregated data already processed. Your choice is stored locally, so you may need to set it again after clearing browser data or when using another device or browser.

Browser controls can block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, preference persistence, checkout, or other requested functions from working correctly. Browser privacy signals are honored where legally required and technically applicable.
